KLF-GC290 offers a variety of transmission ratios, adaptable to a wide range of different types of agricultural machinery equipment, including straw crushers and agricultural film recycling machines. The Gleason bevel gears are manufactured with high precision, ensuring high mesh accuracy, minimal transmission loss, and high efficiency in energy transfer. The product is designed with a one-way clutch mechanism. During operation, when the cutter shaft is running at high speed, if the tractor suddenly stops the power input, the cutter shaft's inertia can be too great. The one-way clutch effectively protects the gears and the shaft from damage due to this sudden stop.
